If you prefer longer stems ,they can be arranged directly in the glass vase and will differ from the image on the website . Kindly contact customer service for the same .

Yes, it’s our policy to call the recipient before making the delivery to ensure that we have the correct address and confirm if the recipient is present there to collect it. The reason for the same is that sometimes its not possible to go again and again for the delivery and many building security dont allow, delivery team to enter.
